Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products showing signs of wear or use
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
